Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of dance, gymnastics, and ballet movements. Some tools such as ribbons, balls, ropes can be on rhythmic gymnastics. This sport can be done individually or in groups. In one group may consist of more than five people.
Known for its supple movements, rhythmic gymnastics require upper and lower body strength, as well as elegant storage and good delivery.
