Rangkuman kejadian di hari pertama Asian Games 2018, Minggu 19 Agustus 2018



Asian Games 2018 sudah resmi dibuka pada hari Sabtu, 18 Agustus 2018 lalu dengan sangat spektakuler, pertandingan sudah resmi dimulai pada hari Minggu, 19 Agustus 2018, berikut adalah rangkuman apa saja yang terjadi dalam pertandingan hari pertama ini :


GENERAL
1. Wushu competitor SUN Peiyuan (CHN) won the first gold medal at the 18th Asian Games, in the men’s changquan event.
2. China and Japan each won its 100th gold medal in women’s swimming at the Asian Games.
3. Defia ROSMANIAR (INA) won Indonesia’s first gold medal of the 2018 Asian Games in the taekwondo women’s individual poomsae event.
4. Wrestler Alireza KARIMIMACHIANI (IRI) won Iran's 500th medal in Asian Games history.
China (16, G7-S5-B4) leads the medal table after the first day of the 2018 Asian Games, ahead of Japan (14, G3-S6-B5) and Republic of Korea (11, G2-S3-B6).


ANGGAR
1. Women's individual sabre
The bronze medal won by Norika TAMURA (JPN) in the women’s individual sabre was Japan’s first ever medal in the event.
2. Men’s individual epee
Dmitriy ALEXANIN (KAZ) won Kazakhstan's first ever gold medal in an individual fencing event at the Asian Games.
3. Republic of Korea fencers won the silver and bronze medals. This is now the NOC's most successful fencing event in Asian Games history in terms of total medals (14).


MENEMBAK
1. 10m air rifle mixed team:
Chinese Taipei won their first gold medal in shooting since 2002 with victory in the 10m air rifle mixed team event.
2. 10m air pistol mixed team
China won gold and has now won 25 of the 39 gold medals in all 10m air pistol events - individual and team - at the Asian Games. Republic of Korea is the next best NOC on six golds in 10m air pistol events.


RENANG
1. General
China became the first NOC to win 100 gold medals in women’s swimming events at the Asian Games. Japan later achieved its 100th gold in women’s swimming at the Asian Games.
2. Gold medallist XU Jiayu (CHN) set a new Asian Games record in the men’s 100m backstroke.
3. Women's 1500m freestyle: China became the first NOC to win 100 gold medals in women’s swimming at the Asian Games when WANG Jianjiahe won the women’s 1500m freestyle.
4. It was also China’s 200th medal overall in women’s swimming. LI Bingjie took silver to give China a 1-2 in the event.
5. Men's 200m freestyle
SUN Yang (CHN) won a record third medal in this event at the Asian Games. He has won gold in five different swimming events, equalling the Asian Games record.
6. Women’s 200m backstroke: 
LIU Yaxin (CHN) became the second Chinese swimmer to win the women's 200m backstroke at an Asian Games held outside China, after HE Cihong (CHN) who won in Hiroshima in 1994.
7. Natsumi SAKAI (JPN) won silver. Japan is the only NOC to have won a medal in the women's 200m backstroke at all 11 Asian Games this event was held.
8. Men’s 100m backstroke: XU Jiayu (CHN) won the gold medal and set a new Asian Games record. He is the first non-Japanese winner in this event since 1998.
9. Women’s 100m breaststroke: Satomi SUZUKI (JPN) won Japan's 100th gold medal at the Asian Games in women's swimming events.
10. Men’s 200m butterfly: Daiya SETO (JPN) successfully defended his title, becoming the third man and second Japanese swimmer to achieve this feat, after Yasuhiro KOMAZAKI (JPN, 1970-1974) and WU Peng (CHN, 2002-2006).
TAEKWONDO
1. General: 
Republic of Korea has now won a taekwondo gold medal in all eight editions of the Asian Games, becoming the first NOC to achieve this feat.
2. Men’s individual poomsae
KANG Minsung (KOR) won gold in the men’s individual poomsae. Republic of Korea has now won a taekwondo gold medal in all eight editions of the Asian Games, becoming the first NOC to achieve this feat.
3. Men's team poomsae: 
Republic of Korea won its 55th gold medal in taekwondo with victory in this event. It has won more gold medals only in shooting (63) and boxing (58).
4. Women's team poomsae: 
Thailand won gold in the women’s team poomsae, the 100th gold medal awarded in taekwondo at the Asian Games.
5. Women's individual poomsae: 
Defia ROSMANIAR (INA) secured Indonesia's first gold medal of the 2018 Asian Games and the first ever gold in taekwondo for the NOC.


GULAT 
1. General
The gold medal won by Bekzod ABDURAKHMONOV (UZB) in the men’s freestyle 74kg was the 18th gold medal at the 18th Asian Games, held in 2018.
Iran now has a record 66 gold medals in all wrestling events at the Asian Games.
2. Men’s freestyle 74kg: 
Bekzod ABDURAKHMONOV (UZB) became the third wrestler from Uzbekistan to win multiple gold medals at the Asian Games, after Artur TAIMAZOV and Dilshod MANSUROV who won three gold each. ABDURAKHMONOV won the men's 70kg event in 2014.
3. Men's freestyle 86kg: 
Hassan YAZDANICHARATI (IRI) handed Iran its 65th gold medal in all wrestling events at the Asian Games, surpassing the record of Japan (64).
4. Men’s freestyle 97kg
Alireza KARIMIMACHIANI (IRI) won Iran's 500th medal at the Asian Games. It was also the 66th time the NOC has won gold in all wrestling events in Asian Games history.


WUSHU
1. Men’s changquan
SUN Peiyuan’s (CHN) victory in the men’s changquan was China’s 2900th gold medal at the Asian Games and the first gold medal of the 2018 Asian Games.
2. Edgar Xavier MARCELO (INA) took silver to become the first man to achieve a medal in wushu for Indonesia
